First Reformed Church is located on the corner of Main Avenue and Church Street at the east end of the hamlet of Wynantskill in the town of North Greenbush.

From the east, Rte. 66 west, or Rte. 150 north

From the west, Rte 66 east, or Rte. 136 east

The CDTA Troy/Albia Route 280 bus stop at Church Street in Wynantskill is at the Church. Sunday morning bus service is scheduled every 40 minutes on Route 280. The bus trip scheduled to arrive at Vanderhyden Hall at 9:12 AM Sunday is timed right for travel to our 9:30 AM worship service. The 10:42 AM Sunday trip to Vanderhyden Hall is timed perfectly for travel to our 11:00 AM worship.
